Mmmmmm. Sorry about the delay in posting! Above are by far the best cupcakes I have ever made.
I call them 'Chocolate Peanut Butter Surprise' - for lack of a better name :) These cupcakes in one word? Heaven.
A YUMMY chocolate-sour cream cake with a peanut butter ball in the middle, topped with peanut butter - cream cheese icing....that tastes just like a peanut butter pie. YUM! My mouth is seriously watering just talking about them, not to mention looking at the picture.
If you have a better name for this chocolaty-peanut buttery yumminess...please comment!!!
